Patrick Feeney

Founder & CEO
Coming from a long family line of doctors, Patrick is passionate about improving physicians’ experience in delivering high quality care. Initially drawn to the outpatient space to create a more enjoyable and equitable experience for his father, an interventional cardiologist, Patrick soon recognized the broader need from physicians across the country. Prior to Pearl, Patrick enjoyed a successful career in investment management, investing in healthcare among other sectors. He holds a JD-MBA from Northwestern University and a BA from Cornell University.

Dr. Chad Laurich

Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Laurich is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, Vascular Surgery. He has experience treating a variety of vascular conditions using minimally invasive procedures, helping patients get back to normal life with less pain and shorter recovery time. Dr. Laurich has decided to partner with Pearl Medical as its Chief Medical Officer to offer his vast experience in outpatient care and help expand quality care to patients nationwide.

Ruth Reyes-Padilla

Chief Operating Officer
Both a registered radiologic technologist who practiced in the cath lab and a cardiovascular revenue cycle management entrepreneur, Ruth has held a variety of roles within operating OBLs. Ruth boasts 13yrs of cardio-vascular management experience including launching and managing four successful OBLs prior to Pearl. Ruth’s education centered on Healthcare Informatics with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), giving her unique insight into best practices for efficient operations. In the two years prior to Pearl, Ruth founded and managed a RCM services company focused exclusively on cardio-vascular outpatient facilities.

Anthony Rosich

Chief Financial Officer
Anthony brings deep experience in multi-location healthcare organizations, with a focus on financial strategy, operational scalability, and value creation. He has led finance functions in high-growth environments, building disciplined infrastructure and driving enhanced visibility across complex operations. As CFO, Anthony has led and executed acquisitions, exits, and capital raises. His ability to align financial strategy with execution drives sustainable growth and positions organizations for successful outcomes.

Gina Potenza

Chief Workforce & Technology Officer
Gina Potenza is a strategic human capital and technology executive known for scaling complex, regulated service organizations through rapid growth, transformation, and M&A. With a rare blend of enterprise HR leadership, workforce analytics expertise, and deep systems and IT experience, she has led multi‑state and international workforces across healthcare, EMS revenue cycle, and high‑growth service environments. As Chief Workforce and Technology Officer, Gina leads human capital strategy, organizational design, and technology infrastructure across Pearl Medical's growing multi-site network.

Tyler Sakimoto

Head of Data & Analytics
Prior to Pearl, Tyler served as an integral member of the Philips SymphonySuite team, playing an invaluable role in the industry’s leading organization for cardio-vascular outpatient centers. Throughout his career, Tyler has supported the launch of more than 50 cardio-vascular OBLs/ASCs nationwide, providing him with deep expertise in all facets of outpatient center management. At Pearl, Tyler wears multiple hats from supporting new center onboarding, to inventory management, to revenue cycle management. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.

James Hollenbeck

Head of Development
James has spent the last three decades as a trusted leader in the cardio-vascular outpatient industry. As the founder of Spectra Contracting, Jim launched more than three dozen OBLs and ASCs across the country. He is widely recognized as an expert in project budgeting, site selection, construction, and equipment. James is passionate about supporting physicians in bringing their outpatient aspirations from concept to reality. His successful execution and track record has resulted in strong surgeon relationships nationwide.
